2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering spices that are fresh, natural, and free from artificial colors or flavors. We stand by the quality of our products. However, if you find that the order delivered notice any genuine issue, you may return the product. After verifying the authenticity of the complaint, a refund will be processed. Please ensure you have the original order receipt when raising a complaint. For hygiene and safety the package must be unopened. The contents are packaged in transparent material, allowing you to view the product without breaking the seal.
