Because our products are perishable, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please inform us on the same day of delivery. Share clear photographs of both the product and the packaging to help us verify the issue.
Incorrect Products: In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, contact us on the day of receipt with the product details and images.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@spiceto.in with your order number and issue details. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return process. You can also manage cancellations yourself through our website dashboard after logging in.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
Please note:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@spiceto.in with your order details. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
