This is the genuine 'Nadan' (Indigenous) pepper, celebrated as the original source from which all modern hybrid varieties trace their lineage. Our peppercorns are naturally grown in their native habitat within the Thalassery area, slowly maturing beneath the shade of Jackfruit, Mango, and Coconut trees. Each batch follows a meticulous, traditional process: the peppercorns are handpicked at peak ripeness, thoroughly cleaned, washed, and then naturally sun-dried for three full days. We then use a traditional homemade grinding method before hygienically packing the powder to preserve its maximum freshness and aroma. Because this pepper is naturally medium-spicy, it offers a balanced flavour that is highly recommended for seasoning children's meals.
